About Ground State
Ground State hosts free and donation-based sound bath and meditation sessions across the Twin Cities — live ambient music and holistic relaxation, composed to calm the nervous system and satisfy the soul. Sessions are open to everyone, no experience needed.
Ground State was created by David Meeker, who plays crystal and bronze singing bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments live at each session.
