Is it really 100% free?+
Yes. Groundstate community sessions are free rsvp and open to everyone. Free and donation-based sessions are made possible by community support.
Can kids or families attend?+
Yes! Anyone who can lie quietly or sit peacefully for an hour is warmly welcome.
What should I bring?+
A mat, blanket, or anything soft to lie on; a warm layer is always welcome. Nothing else is required.
What if the weather is bad?+
Weather updates are sent to everyone who signs up.
